Dare to Love

But she was also realizing that relying on others didn’t make her weak… it made her human
I picked this book up a little while ago when it was free on Amazon and if I'm being frank I am glad that I got it when it was free. I am still a bit unsure on how to put my feelings about this book into words. In the beginning the two main characters, Riley and Ian, fell in lust at first sight. To me their first interactions felt awkward. It just didn't seem like they had the right chemistry. As the relationship grew from lust to a sort of instalove, Ian grew into a way over the top alpha male. I usually love me some alpha male but this one just didn't work. I did enjoy getting to read about Riley and Ian's painful pasts but I didn't enjoy what eventually caused issues between them because it seriously felt like a shit-ton of fuss over nothing. I managed to read this pretty fast because it was relatively short but I can't see myself continuing on with this series.
