My mother recommended this book to me. No, she hasn't read it but she saw Bill O'Reilly on the Tonight Show and he was discussing the book and she said "This sounds like something you'd enjoy." My mother and I have different tastes in books but she knows that I am somewhat obsessed with reading and learning more about WWII.
This has been quite interesting. In regards to general events during WWII, I haven't really read all that much that I didn't know. I have been learning a lot about George Patton. I can't say I had a real in depth knowledge of him prior to reading this book. This has made me eager to find more resources to learn more about him. I am eager to read what the authors say in regards to Patton's death.
