This book didn't start off strong. At first the main character, Kira, came off as overly dramatic and not life-like. The more I read this book (it definitely got better after 30% of the way through) the more I began to connect with her and like her. Once I really got into this the pages just seemed to fly by. I enjoyed the action of the book and the internal and external struggles that Kira has to go through. I really liked Samm as a character; he was very complex and I found him easy to connect with. I am definitely interested in reading more about what happens with Kira.
