Funerals to Die For: The Craziest, Creepiest, and Most Bizarre Funeral Traditions and Practices Ever - Kathy Benjamin I decided to read this because it seemed like a morbid yet interesting topic but unfortunately this book did not live up to expectations (no pun intended). While I found the descriptions of different culture's burial rituals interesting what I did not like was the constant and annoying use of jokes and sarcasm by the author. I understand that this was supposed to be a lively book (yet again no pun intended) and not some dry boring book but with all this joking the book didn't feel polished but like the author was having a conversation with someone. I just didn't find it to be humorous and it felt like overkill. I wouldn't recommend this book.
